Mayia Alleaume
Mayia Alleaume was born in French Basque Country. She studied art school in France with a passion for photography.
Upon arriving in Paris, top makeup artist, Topolino, became her mentor and explained all the secrets of studio make-up.
This encounter enabled Mayia to discover her new profession. She loved make-up and make-up products just as much.
For 12 years, she has worked with the most talented photographers, top-models and artists.
Along the way, she became concerned with the beauty regimens of the most gorgeous girls on earth. The products they used were often drying and damaging. Mayia, fascinated by aromatherapy and a fervent user of natural products, started advising the girls and revealing her own secrets. As she pursued her career, enhancing so many different faces and skins, she realized that she should offer light-textured creams that would enhance the skin’s beauty. Thus her idea was to create for herself and for others the products which she could not find in shops. As a tribute to them she designed Sentara.
After 5 years of research, on september 2010, Sentara, a skincare range with ultra repairing active components (Inca Inchi, Açai, Natural Silica, Hyaluronic Acid) was born!
