Andie Markoe-Byrne is a native New Yorker. She started working as a professional makeup artist at 18, assisting some of the biggest artists of the 90′s: Bobbi Brown, Brigitte Reiss-Andreson, Vincent Longo, Linda Cantello, Charlie Green, and Fulvia Farolfi to name a few. During this time Andie perfected her craft working on photo shoots for Italian and French Vogue as well as participating in 10 seasons of New York Fashion Week and the Victoria’s Secret shows. This dedication helped form her impeccable makeup technique and enabled her to work with some of the biggest legends in fashion, meanwhile paving the way for her career as a sought after makeup artist herself.

Andie’s makeup style is always to put the beauty of the girl first. Regardless of design, she carefully crafts and builds flawless skin and natural contours into all her makeup. She loves bold color as well as modern easy makeup.

“I want women to feel amazing first and foremost, then we can play and create new looks. I like to create beauty that is attainable and fresh. It’s fun to use makeup more like an accessory. Makeup should make you happy and I love creating images that radiate that.”

Andie has maintained a loyal client base with musical artists and celebrities as well as fashion and beauty clients. This keeps her booked around the globe on fashion shoots, videos, award shows, press junkets, and advertising. Andie is also recognized as a beauty expert and has also done numerous television appearances on MTV’s TRL, The Tyra Banks Show, Weekend Vibe and more.

Andie Lives in New York with her almost 2-year-old daughter, husband and dog.
